Biography
Hey I'm Grzegorz! You can call me Greg, I started to really get into YouTube at the start of 2020 when my first channel Wifi Plug took off. In the first month it gained 40k subscribers and 20 million views and since then it's gained 310k subscribers and 284 million views. I've started up and run many of my own YouTube channels now with a team that helps out with video editing, thumbnails etc. I've always believed in networking with similar YouTube channels which helped me gain a lot more experience in many niches on YouTube with us all sharing tips and tricks, this also led to me helping them out with growing their own existing and brand new channels. Notably one channel I've helped out the past year is Lydia Violet's YouTube channel which gained 650k subscribers and 378 million views in the reaction video space. Other notable channels include Memerman a channel with 2.1 million subscribers, and Raw Startup a business focussed channel which sits at 57k subscribers and last year had a video hit 618k views. The reason I started this company is that I saw how the channels I helped out and ran myself were succeeding in terms of views and subscribers but many of them struggled to monetise that effectively and resorted to sponsors, ad revenue etc. I realised that they would have to build their own business to promote on their youtube channel which provides them with effectively free marketing to million of people. However already established businesses were neglecting to effectively use their YouTube channel to build an engaged audience and to convert those viewers to customers. For a lot of businesses they didn't have a YouTube channel, rarely posted low quality content or were trying but didn't really know what type of content to create or how to improve to reach an audience. Businesses who do crack it gain huge advantages over their competition as their existing customers gain a whole lot more value from their new content increasing how long they stay with the business or spend more. and it serves as a new place to get viewers without paying more and more for ads. Duolingo notably started creating funny short form content on tiktok, youtube shorts etc and their revenue increased by 40%, but even for most businesses they can see a couple percent increase without achieving virality which can add up to a decent increase. Not all businesses will be able to create content good enough to succeed but for those that can I think it's a waste to not try it out.
